Civilian dashcam footage recorded in the city of Dnipro and released by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy captures the moment a Russian missile impacts in an area full of civilians.

According to preliminary reports, at least 14 buildings were damaged in this attack with the casualty counts coming in at 23 people, including a 15-year-old girl, being injured in the strike. Ihor Hetalo, head of one of the Ukrainian search and rescue squads from Ukraine’s State Emergency Service in Dnipro, noted that there were several fires. Three people were rescued from the smoky premises. Another 50 were taken out of one of the buildings.
