A Ukrainian father outside playing with his children manages to film a Russian cruise missile flying overhead and striking a nearby hotel in the city of Zaporizhzhia on Aug. 11, 2023. He tells the boys to get on the ground and they comply, shrieking in terror.

The missile reportedly killed one civilian, and injured 16 more. The day prior, a Russian cruise missile also struck the city, and that one killed three civilians and injured several more.

The targeted building was identified as the Reikartz Hotel in the city center on the bank of the Dnipro River.
