Unconfirmed video reportedly shows a Russian Mi-24 "Hind" heavy attack helicopter being shot down by Ukrainian MANPADS which results in a fiery crash.

Ukraine's possession of various air defense weapons and systems has taken a toll on several Russian aircraft since the invasion began over two weeks ago. Although the Russian helos are equipped with various countermeasures, their effectiveness is limited by a number of factors. It's possible the anti air missile was fired from such a close distance, the aircraft crew didn't have time to react. Based on the footage, it is highly unlikely there were any survivors.
