The scenes in the video depict paratroopers from the Vozdushno-desantnye Voyska sitting in their fighting positions and conducting local area security patrols.

One thing that is worth noting is that a number of the paratroopers appear to be quite young. This is probably a result of the unit being completely rebuilt from the ground up after they were almost entirely eliminated during the failed attack on Hostomel Airport in the very early stages of the conflict.
