GoPro video released to Telegram by Russia Today combat correspondent Andrey Filatov captures the moment he hits an anti-tank mine with an electric bicycle. This occurred just several months after he was injured in fighting near the Donetsk region of Ukraine.

Fortunately, anti-tank mines have a very high weight threshold. It's in the name. Anti-Tank. Tank is the keyword. The mine knows that it is being hit by a tank because the pressure gauge inside of the device is designed to trigger when the significant weight of a tank rolls over the top of it.

In this instance, Andrey simply didn't weigh enough to set the device off.
