Drone footage from the Ukrainian 129th Territorial Defense Brigade shows multiple Russian armored vehicles dropping a company-sized element of Russian infantry troops into a treeline to begin offensive operations near Stepove.

Shortly after the Russian troops dismount, artillery consisting of mostly DPICM cluster munitions begin ravaging the woodline. As the Russian troops advance through the forest in an attempt to get out of the artillery impact area, the forward observers adjust the fire to follow them. It's likely casualties were inflicted in the strikes.
