Russia released a video showing New Year's Eve Kalibr cruise missile launches from what appears to be a Black Sea Fleet frigate. Russia reportedly launched 20 missiles from various platforms to target Ukrainian infrastructure in Kyiv and other locations. At least one missile struck the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The college reportedly doubles as a civilian bomb shelter.
