A pair of Russian Kalibr cruise missiles targeted a thermal power plant in Kyiv, and the strikes were recorded from multiple angles.

Many of the Russian strikes focused on energy infrastructure in major cities across the country, resulting in blackouts. As a result, Ukraine suspended its export of electricity in Europe and requested that civilians limit power usage to a few hours a day.
