A secondary perspective was captured from a horror-stricken bystander, shows a Russian Kalibr Cruise Missile rocking the City of Kyiv today.

Judging by the plume of smoke as the video begins and other videos surfacing today, it is safe to assume several of these missiles left devastating impacts on Kyiv. At the time of this writing, no official casualty reports have been released.

Although this footage is undocumented, a video posted by fellow writer, Josh Brooks, could very well be from the same incident.
