Russia continues to use explosive-laden armored vehicles as vehicle borne improvised explosive devices against Ukrainian forces. This most recent example shows a two-man Russian MT-LB crew directing the vehicle toward a Ukrainian operated tree line and then bailing as the wayward APC ambles on alone.

The vehicle reportedly drove into a tree line, became lodged, and eventually exploded. The nature of the detonation isn't known as to whether the Russians had it on a time fuse, command detonated, or if the VBIED was destroyed by Ukrainian forces.
