Brand new footage reportedly captured from the Ukrainian territory, Schastya, shows a BM-21 Grad rocket impacting a roadway in what appears to be a small village.

As indicated by the timestamp, this happened shortly after 1500 on February 22nd, 2022. Currently, we do not have much information regarding this event. No reports of casualties or injuries have been reported from this area.

Now for those of you seeking an argumentative perspective regarding the validity of this footage; could this be a testing site? or could it be more falsified Russian propaganda. To me, it appears some of these buildings are still in livable conditions. Additionally, the roads and yards appear to be maintained.
