A Ukrainian armor column unknowingly drives into what should be a deadly Russian ambush, but the tables are quickly turned as the lead Ukrainian T-64 knocks out a Russian tank.

The footage may be a little chaotic to understand which likely reflects the situation for both parties on the ground. The Ukrainian vehicles are lined up on the hard ball road, while the Russian vehicles are on the parallel dirt road.

Toward the top of the screen, Ukrainian dismounts can be seen near armored personnel carriers likely moving into position to support their own tanks with anti armor weaponry.

The incident reportedly took place in the vicinity of Novooleksandrivka, in Ukraine's southern Kherson region.
