Footage, likely from late April or early May 2022, shows a DNR Russian proxy T-64 BV tank engaging in urban combat and ultimately being knocked out by a reported US-supplied FGM-148 Javelin missile.

Dismounted infantry can be seen clearing houses alongside the tank before it attempts to exfiltrate the area. It was possibly low on ammo or fuel, but it never made it back to base.
