A Ukrainian defender in Avdiivka fires an RPG at a target at close range. Modern systems such as ATGMs, artillery firing cluster munitions, and drones have received the lion’s share of attention in this fight, but old technology still has its place, particularly in a close fight. In a target-rich environment such as Avdiivka, every weapon counts.
