Body worn camera footage from an officer involved shooting that occurred in Houston, Texas on February 15, 2023, shows a police pursuit turning into a deadly shootout after a pursuit intervention technique stopped the suspect's vehicle.

According to the police investigation, after a 20 minute pursuit, 27-year-old Tyquorious Walker exited the vehicle and began engaging police officer with an AR style rifle. Seven officers responded by engaging Walker to stop the threat. He was pronounced deceased at the scene of the shooting.
