Footage released by the Taliban captures the moment Mullah Gulali, a prominent member of the Taliban party, was struck by an improvised explosive device. According to Taliban sources, the Mullah, along with three other members of the Taliban, were killed in the attack which occurred on September 19, 2023 in the city of Pule Khomri, which is the capital of the Baghlan Province.

It's worth noting that the Mullah was infamous for jailing former ANDSF members for no reason. Now he's not even important enough to have a first name.
