Video released by an unconfirmed source shows what is allegedly a platoon sized element of Russian troops in full retreat under Ukrainian fire near Lyman, Ukraine.

At this time, there isn't enough information about this video for us to confirm either the source of the footage or the contents and claims about it. That said, the footage does appear to show at least a platoon sized element of troops in full retreat. If more information becomes available, we will update this post.
