A video reportedly filmed in Syria's Hama province in 2013 shows a pickup full of Free Syrian Army rebels on patrol when an airstrike erupts nearby.

It's not clear if the vehicle was being specifically targeted or if they just happened to be in the vicinity of the strike when it occurred. The Assad regime favored unguided "dumb bombs" so it is likely the latter scenario.
