Video released through official Russian channels shows a pair of Russian Su-25s narrowly avoiding several Igla MANPADs after the completion of a close air support mission.

The date and location that this footage was recorded is unknown. You're looking at video that was released through official Russian sources. It shows a pair of Russian Su-25s conducting a close air support attack somewhere in Ukraine. As they turn back towards friendly forces, several MANPADs that have been identified as 9K38 Igla man-portable air-defense systems are launched at the jets.

While both jets narrowly managed to outmaneuver the missiles, it does appear that the non-recording jet may have caught some of the shrapnel still. Towards the end of the video the recording pilot looks over and you can see smoke coming from the non-recording jet. It's unclear if this was caused by the Igla attack, however that does seem to be a logical conclusion regardless of the online debates.
