Dashcam footage released by a Russian civilian captures the devastating power of the blast wave from an explosions at the Optical-Mechanical Plant that's located in Sergeev Posad. The blast took place earlier today, and left at least 56 people wounded.

At this time, it's still unknown what caused the explosion at the plant, which manufactures optical devices for law enforcement agencies. According to Russian state media however, the blast was caused by human error inside of the building.
