This footage shows Russian troops in the Avdiivka region being engaged at distances of 920 to 1170 meters by Ukrainian snipers. The trajectory of the rounds, thermally visible, give an indication of these ranges. It's very well within the realm of possibility that the snipers are using Raufoss rounds. Notably, there is contention in the Hague as to whether these rounds are allowed to be used on soldiers versus materiel. However, in Norway where the rounds are made, there is an exception made for snipers due to the inefficiency of unloading, changing ammo, reloading and re-acquiring a target in that setting.
