The footage provided claims to show a Ukrainian rifleman/marksman stalking and firing upon a Russian solider gathering sticks from several hundred meters away.

It's difficult to tell in the footage whether or not the shot made contact, due to the large tree obscuring the Russian man’s body. It does in fact look like he dropped to the ground, but that could simply be him "hitting the dirt". I'll let you guys take the wheel for judgement on this one. I added a slow-motion segment for you analysts out there.
