Iraqi SOF corner a lone ISIS fighter, presumably strapped with an explosive device, who decides to make one last effort to charge his enemy.

For some unknown reason, the Iraqi forces believe it would be a good idea to run over the ISIS fighter several more times. Either the Iraqi forces were somehow able to confirm that the IS fighter had no explosives on him, or they just have no idea what they are doing.
