Extremely graphic footage shows Ukrainian medics responding to multiple severely injured soldiers that were wounded by what appears to be accurate Russian artillery. The injuries include massive hemorrhaging, amputations, and avulsions.

As the medic approaches he does a rapid assessment of all casualties as part of a triage process to understand how many patients he has and how serious their injuries are. Based on that information he begins tending to the most serious yet treatable injuries and working down the line in order of necessity.

He tells a man with a missing jaw to lay on his side so as not to drown in his own blood secretions and begins preparing tourniquets for the various patients' arterial bleeding in the extremities. One of the tourniquets appears to fail, as there have been a number of counterfeit Chinese-made copies sent to Ukraine by various well-intentioned groups.
