A second view of the brutal ATGM strike we posted yesterday has been released by the ATGM team that conducted the hit. This confirms the fact that a Stugna-P was used to conduct the strike.

Unfortunately, the only context added by the release of this video is that we now know for a fact that it was a Stugna-P and not some other ATGM used to conduct the strike. If more information becomes available we will release it. For now, this is all we have.
