Drone footage from recent fighting in an undisclosed part of Ukraine shows a squad of Russian troops successfully assaulting a Ukrainian trench. During the skirmish, a Ukrainian soldier is wounded by small arms fire and cannot retreat. Later in the video, a Russian soldier casually walks up to him and delivers a finishing shot.

I'm not going to beat on my chest about "war crimes," a phrase that is continuously thrown back and forth in this conflict, because; 1. We are not able to determine from the video footage if the Ukrainian soldier still posed a threat, and 2. This is war. This is what it looks like, brutal and awful. Those that should be held accountable for what transpired in the video are sitting warm, dry, and comfortable far from the battlefield. They are responsible for putting these men in this hellish situation.
