Footage from Russia's Republic of Dagestan filmed on an unknown date reportedly shows FSB operatives using motor vehicles to run over an Islamist gunman to end a shooting spree.

From the footage we can see the shooting spree already in progress. At some point it appears the gunman is shot as he goes down. Seconds later, a car drive by a Russian FSB operative runs him over. FSB dismounts rapidly approach the wounded man and disarm him. A second vehicular pass is made but this time the car drags the man a short distance before the vehicle stops.
