CCTV footage released by a Russian news source out of Belgorod today captures the moment a woman walking her two dogs is killed by an artillery strike coming out of Ukraine. Something to consider is the fact that after the artillery shell impacts, there is no visual damage to the road where the round hit. Without considering malice or visual tampering, this could mean that the shell was a fragmentation airburst round.
