Ukrainian troops defending the city of Kharkiv managed to destroy a convoy of armored Russian vehicles and inflict casualties among the Russian vehicle crews.

"According to our operational information, four tanks of Russian invaders were destroyed on the bypass road of Kharkiv," said the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The footage actually shows three destroyed and burning armored personnel carriers and one destroyed supply truck. A dead Russian soldier lays near one of the vehicles. Photos of the battle scene circulating online shows a Ukrainian anti tank guided missile system (ATGM) staged alongside the road, the likely killer of these Russian vehicles.

Additional reports indicate that at least one Ukrainian armored vehicle was destroyed in the battle as well. The actual casualty count for either side isn't clear.
