This quick clip shows a fighter from the National Resistance Front (NRF) of Afghanistan executing a drive-by attack on two Taliban guards standing post at a building entrance. Although the footage is brief, viewer discretion is advised.

Comprised of former Northern Alliance fighters and other anti-Taliban militia elements, the NRF has been operating in 20 of Afghanistan’s 34 provinces as of December 2023, per their current leader, Ahmad Massoud. Though NRF does not presently hold any territory, they remain committed to hit-and-run guerilla attacks, as shown here. The gunner does a fairly impressive job of hitting both guards quickly, despite not using the sights on his AK-pattern rifle. Another NRF attack, from the turn of the new year, can be found here.
