This security camera footage records an incident from September 2022, in Patterson California. 22-year-old Angelo Santana drunkenly intruded into the home of a married couple. The husband, 45-year-old Yang Luan, tried to restrain Santana, but as Luan struggled under Santana’s pummeling, 50-year-old Yuhui Zheng came downstairs and dumped the cylinder of her revolver (censored in provided footage) into Santana, killing him. Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department ruled this to be strictly self-defense. The twist in this story is with the timing- Yuhui Zheng had purchased the revolver the very day before. Serendipity, noun: the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way.
