Helmet cam combat footage reportedly from the Israel Defense Force's 931st Battalion of the Nahal Brigade shows urban offensive operations in which troops advance down open streets while dishing out suppressive fire at known or suspected enemy locations.

The whole point of operations like the one shown in the video is to essentially use yourself as bait in an attempt to get the enemy to fire at you. Once they reveal their location, you can pin them down, maneuver on them, and destroy them. The high volume of suppressive fire is intended to make the enemy rush their shots, making them less accurate.
