Ukrainian forces are reportedly dropping powerful homemade explosives onto Russian positions with significantly more effective results compared to the common grenade drops.

Footage shows multiple drops resulting in dead and horribly maimed Russian troops. The video ends with a macabre scene as a mentally broken Russian soldier commits suicide by discharging his rifle under his chin.

The homemade explosives appear to have a delayed fuze rather than point detonating on impact. It's not clear if their use is the result of running out of grenades or if they are an intentional evolution of the tactic for a more powerful blast.
