Helmet camera footage recorded by Ukrainian troops captures the moment a Russian Soldier frags himself with his own grenade while trying to fend off an assault on his fighting hole.

There is a serious lack of context on this piece of footage, but from what we've been able to gather this was filmed recently on an unknown front. The two Ukrainian troops seen in the footage are assaulting a Russian's position, but as they get close to the hole the Russian Soldier attempts to throw a grenade at them. The two Ukrainians then retreat away from the grenade, not realizing that it had already rolled back into the Russian's fighting hole.
