CCTV footage coming from separatist-controlled city of Donestk, shows the deadly attack that claimed the lives of 20 civilians, and injured an additional 28.

Earlier today, March 14th, 2022, the Russian defense ministry stated the missile attack was fired from the Ukrainian Armed Forces and denied responsibility of the incident. After making their bold statement, the Russian defense ministry failed to provide any evidence to validate these allegations.

In a televised briefing, Ukrainian military spokesperson, Leonid Matyukhin, stated "It is unmistakably a Russian rocket or another munition, there's not even any point talking about it". It would appear at this time; no party will likely claim responsibility for this tragic event.

At this time, we cannot verify either Russia or Ukraine's allegations.
