Video recorded from inside of Thailand shows a MiG-29 from the country of Myanmar conducting a gun run on civilian targets. According to local news reports, the MiG-29 nearly wiped out a Kindergarten. No casualties have been reported at this time.

A spokesperson for the Air Force of Thailand said that they understand what happened with the MiG-29 from Myanmar and know that the pilot had no ill intent towards the people of Thailand. Currently in Myanmar there is an active conflict between the government and several different antigovernmental factions. All of this fighting is occurring very close to the Thai border.
