An officer from the Cammack Village Police Department attempts to make contact with a suspicious person who was reported by a 9-1-1 caller in the area.

The suspect in this video is 35-year-old Dustin Arch Black. The officer stopped to question him after a call came in stating he was a suspicious person. Black, who was barefoot and appeared to be hitch-hiking told the officer that he was fine after making contact with him, and then attempted to leave without speaking to the officer. The officer then followed him, and attempted to detain him before the police chief, who lived nearby, came out to lend the officer a hand.

Six additional officers would be called to the scene before Black was detained.

Black was then sent to the Pulaski County jail in lieu of a $15,000 bond on charges of disorderly conduct, refusal to submit to arrest and first degree battery, according to an online inmate roster. He is still currently listed as an inmate at the county jail.
