Unverified footage out of Ukraine shows a Russian tank haphazardly firing its main gun and almost killing a civilian filming from a multistory apartment building.

It isn't clear what the tank gunner's intended target was, as the round can be seen ripping through and ricocheting up from a small structure closer to ground level. The cameraman is incredibly lucky to be alive.
