This is older footage coming out of Iraq. It's recorded from the perspective of an ISR asset, so there's no sound available with the footage. During the footage, you get to witness two little bird pilots pulling off an insane maneuver that blocks the vehicle in as troops from a Special Operations unit dismount and apprehend him. This isn't the kind of treatment just anyone gets, and honestly, this is something you usually only see in the movies.
