Multiple video angles captured by Kyiv security cameras shows a Russian cruise missile strike that targeted the "Glass Bridge" an elevated walking-bike path that connects two city parks.

In keeping with Russian defense industry tradition, the "precision" munition just misses its mark and actually explodes under the bridge. However, the bridge was likely damaged. The Glass Bridge gets its name from large panels of thick glass used on the walking surface which allows the pedestrians to see through the bridge and give a disorienting feeling that one is walking on air.

Although there are government buildings several hundred meters to the west, the bridge itself was most likely chosen as a symbolic target following Ukraine's sabotage operation that destroyed a portion of the Kerch bridge.
