Footage coming from Kharkiv, Ukraine, reportedly shows a massive explosion from a Russian 3M-54 Kalibr cruise missile, after it strikes a building in the city center.

It is unclear at this time whether this a secondary perspective of the attack on March 1st, 2022, that destroyed the Kharkiv City Council building. After reviewing both sets of footage, the blasts appear to be different from the perspectives in which we can see.
