A ridiculously powerful explosion was recorded by a drone as a Russian ammunition hoard was struck by mortars and detonated. The incident reportedly took place in the vicinity of Zaitseve, a town that sits in between Bakhmut and Donetsk city.

A report from the Freedom of Russia Legion, a pro-Ukrainian paramilitary unit consisting of Russian expatriates and revolutionaries, intercepted radio chatter from the targeted Russian unit claim mortar rounds, mines, and fuel were being stored there.
