IDF Destroys Trans-Border Hamas Tunnel

This video, provided by the IDF, shows detonating explosives which destroy Hamas movement and support tunnels, one of which crosses into Israel. Restricting the militants’ movements and preventing the supply of weapons into Israel naturally curtails Hamas’ ability to prosecute terror attacks on civilians like those seen on 07 October 2023 and thereafter.

The numerous videos of Hamas tunnels being destroyed, while obviously indicative of success, are also an indicator of how riddled with tunnels Gaza is, and the latitude with which Hamas has been allowed to dig, stockpile, travel, and build with impunity. Much like cockroaches or mold, killing one or two is a good thing but it’s usually a sign that there’s more work to do.
