Surveillance footage initially posted to Facebook captures the moment an Israeli Defense Force vehicle is struck by a large improvised explosive device. The strike occurred in Jenin, where the IDF was conducting counter-insurgency operations against members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement. According to the IDF, no one was injured in this IED strike.
