Hunter-Killer Team Takes out Ukrainian Tank with ATGM

Video released to by the Donetsk People's Republic shows a hunter-killer team engaging a piece of Ukrainian armor with an anti-tank guided missile system.

From the video, it appears to me that the tank was already abandoned before the anti-tank guided missile impacted with it. I've come to this conclusion based on the fact that there is no movement or exhaust from the tank prior to the shot, and no crew can be seen exiting the vehicle after the impact.

It would be easy to say that the crew of the vehicle was annihilated during the strike, but the lack of exhaust and movement is what makes me believe the armor was likely already disabled and abandoned, making this shot more of a mop-up than an actual kill on Ukrainian armor.

Take all of that with a grain of salt however, as the video quality is awful. There's a lot of things that we could be not seeing. It's always important to remember that these videos are a two-dimensional picture of a three-dimensional space. There's more to the story that we're not seeing, be that the fact that the armor was already abandoned, or the crew retreating from behind the cover of the tank itself.
