Security camera footage from inside of a Hummus Restaurant near Eli in the West Bank captures the moment the owner, a Soldier who had just returned from fighting in Gaza, engages with a Palestinian gunman that had killed two Israeli civilians at a gas station.

According to the reports, Aviad Gazbar grabbed his rifle when he heard gunshots outside of his Hummus Restaurant and then fired two shots to get the attention of the attacker. The shooter, Muhammad Yosef Diab, who was a captain in the Palestinian Authority's Criminal Investigation Department, then charged at Gazbar. During his charge on the shop owner, Gazbar ended the threat and then continued to scan for additional shooters.

“The same terrorists in Gaza are the same ones who are here,” he said. “In every place, they try to kill us. We have to keep our heads high,” Gazbar said to local reporters.
