Online Russian sources posted images of fragments belonging to M31A1 GMLRS rockets fired from US-delivered M142 HIMARS. The fragments were reportedly found in Perevalsk, Luhansk, approximately 45km from the frontline fighting, demonstrating the system's exceptional range.

A local witness to the reported strike published a video of a smoke plume on Twitter stating: "Perevalsk. "... military unit. many wounded." "alarming." The video suggests a military garrison was struck and Russian or pro Russian fighters sustained casualties in the attack.
