This footage, taken by a Hamas combatant, shows members of an Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigade fighting Israeli Defense Forces outside Beit-Hanoun, in Northern Gaza. Despite mounting evidence to the contrary, it is somehow still a matter of debate as to whether Hamas uses tunnels- like this one- to mount attacks – like this one. Such tunnels have been found beneath several structures cleared by the IDF, including hospitals. One would imagine that video, released by Hamas itself, would put that matter to bed, and yet... Here, we see a militant staging RPG-7 rounds in the tunnel before using them in the field, as the RPG team fires on a pair of IDF tanks. The footage then transitions to a brief clip of urban fighting done by militants armed with AK-pattern rifles.
