(GoPro) Russian Paramilitary Unit Engages Russian Forces in Russia

GoPro footage released by the Sibir Battalion shows an engagement with Russian forces that was filmed today. It's unclear exactly where this was filmed, but it is rumored that it was recorded during combat near Belgorod and Kursk today.


The Siber Battalion is a 60-man strong unit working with the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The commander of the battalion is Vladislav Ammosov, a Yakut who claims to have worked with the Russian GRU foreign military intelligence agency. Ammosov is also a veteran of both the 1st and 2nd Chechen wars.
