German police shot a 27-year-old Somali national after he assaulted bystanders with a pair of knives on or around Jul. 24, 2021in Frankfurt.

From the witness video we can see police telling the man to drop his weapons at gunpoint, but he ignores their commands and maneuvers toward a group of civilians. Suddenly the footage switches to a second camera angle, and the man can be seen chasing a bystander toward the police. The cop shoots the armed attacker three times. He reportedly survived the shots and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

The incident has been seemingly blacked out from German news outlets, as Somalian media sources appear to be the only ones reporting on it. Germany is still reeling from a deadly knife attack back in June, in which a 24-year-old Somalian immigrant killed 3 women, wounded five more women, and wounded a child. Is Germany sweeping this incident under the rug to avoid admitting their is a violence problem with their importation of third-world nationals?
